Postpartum Healing
These unique sessions combine talking therapy, grounding practices, emotional release and energetic healing as I hold you through the process of healing and recovery for your body, mind and soul following the birth of your baby. Each session is bespoke to you, where you are in your postpartum healing journey and how your day-to-day life looks. In a world that expects us to return to ‘ourselves’ increasingly quickly, these treatments are your way of reclaiming your postpartum and nurturing yourself after pregnancy and the birth of your baby.
-
I combine crystal healing, reiki, sound healing, and talking therapy, enhanced with guided journaling to create personalised sessions that meet your unique needs at any stage of your postpartum healing journey. My approach is holistic, nurturing both your physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing, while helping you restore balance and a sense of wholeness.
When you book a session, I will ask you to complete a short questionnaire. This helps me tailor the session specifically to you, ensuring a deeply supportive and effective healing experience.
Each session lasts 90 minutes and can be booked individually for focused support or as a package of three for a more extended and transformative journey.

Closing the Bones
This is a ritual that marks the ending of a life changing transition - in this case following the birth of your baby. During birth, your body opens up physically, energetically and spiritually and this ceremony represents the closing - through storytelling, bathing and then wrapping the body with scarves to physically ‘close’ your bones and energetic centres.
-
A Closing the Bones ceremony is a traditional healing ritual rooted in various cultures, particularly in Central and South America. It is designed to support a woman’s physical, emotional, and spiritual recovery after childbirth or other transformative experiences. The ceremony involves wrapping the body, often with a rebozo (a traditional woven shawl), to physically and symbolically “close” the body after the openness of pregnancy and childbirth. This process is often accompanied by massage, the use of heat, herbal treatments, and guided meditation to release trauma, restore balance, and promote a sense of grounding and connection. It’s a deeply nurturing practice that honours the significant changes in a woman’s body and spirit, helping her reclaim strength and wholeness.
I offer this ceremony from the comfort of your own home, and provide all that is required. Some women choose to invite others into the ceremony, perhaps those that have supported them through pregnancy, were present during the birth or have been there for them during their postpartum. Others prefer a more private ceremony.

Postpartum Doula
I support women who wish to respect the first 6 weeks or 40 days of their postpartum by honouring the practice of lying in, or postpartum confinement. I specialise in the correct nutrition (taking inspiration from Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine) healing reiki and massage, and the nurturing of both mother and child.
-
As a postnatal doula, my role is to provide you with compassionate and uninterrupted care during the sacred early days of your postpartum journey. This time is meant to be savored—a moment to slow down, bond deeply with your baby, and embrace the transformation of motherhood. My support is focused on nurturing your recovery, strengthening your connection with your baby, and creating a calm, supportive environment where you can truly thrive.
I draw on practices from around the world, including Ayurvedic and Chinese confinement traditions, to create a holistic and nurturing approach to postpartum care. These time-honored methods emphasize warmth, rest, nourishment, and balance, supporting your physical healing and emotional well-being during this delicate transition.
With my guidance, you’ll have the time and space to fully immerse yourself in the fourth trimester, allowing for deep rest, healing, and emotional renewal. I can help with breastfeeding support, preparing nourishing meals, establishing routines, or simply being there to listen and provide encouragement. This is your opportunity to let go of external pressures and focus entirely on yourself and your baby, ensuring this transformative period is as smooth and nurturing as possible.
My care is tailored to your unique needs and preferences. Whether you require intensive support in the early days or ongoing care over a longer period, I’m here to adapt to your evolving needs, providing the consistent presence and reassurance that makes all the difference during this precious chapter of your life.
